[Troop139] CampGaw Reservation Directions

We plan on meeting up at Campgaw about 6:00, a few people maybe arriving earlier.  Not sure if there are picnic tables where we are camping, please bring a chair for yourself.
DirectionsFrom Route 17Take the Route 202 South exit turn left at the end of the ramp and proceed on Route 202 South for 1.6 miles. Make your first left after Ramapo College onto Darlington Avenue. Continue straight and bear right at the fork onto Campgaw Road. The entrance is about 1.2 miles on the right. Enter the park and make the first right through the yellow gates. Continue to parking lot.
Directions once you enter the Campgaw entrance gate: Camping location will be the end of the road that goes straight into the park. This is where they have the race at the Klondike Derby. Go all the way to the end where there is a cul de sac where there are flush toilet restrooms. Do not turn right to go toward the ski area after entering the park. Continue straight to the end. Set up the kitchen on the left near the restrooms and have the tents in the back right side and keep everyone near the right edge leaving the middle open for antennas and tents for Amateur Radio Field Day operations.
