[Troop139] Medical Forms and Summer Camp Reminders

MEDCIAL FORMS:
As we discussed at the Parent Meeting on July 19th, I must have medical forms for each adult and scout that will be going to Summer Camp.? I must have completed forms for the missing people before we leave the Church Parking lot on Sunday morning. 
?

FYI: I have been sending forms home with the boys and making announcements for over a month now.? (Please remember, if you can each week, to ask your scout about any information or announcements?that may have been given out at the meetings). The best option would be to come downstairs 10-15 minutes before the end of the meeting (8:45 PM)?when you pick up your child so that you can hear any announcements that are being made.

CAMP REMINDERS:
?
1) We will be meeting in the Church parking lot on Sunday, July 31 at 8:00 AM so that we can pack the Van and trucks before the 9:00 AM mass. We will attend mass as a Troop (and Troop family).? 
?
2) All scouts should be dressed in Full-Uniform (Brown Shirt, Green Scout pants/shorts, scout socks, Troop 139 Green Kneckerchief (if they have been given one), and hiking boots (scouts should pack their sneakers). 
?
3) Each scout should have a Day Pack with the following items in it (do not put this in the suitcase, it should be readily available to each scout as they arrive at camp). 
? - Medications (clearly labeled in clear plastic ziploc)
? - Swim Suit and towel (upon arrival to camp, scouts will take their swim tests to get their buddy tags)
? - Bug spray, sunscreen, etc. other day pack items (from the list).

Please do your best to send at least ONE parent/caregiver for your son. We will be giving out some very important papers and information.
