[Troop139] Scout Sunday Postponed 1 Week

Hi Folks!

For those who didn't see the recent change on the CCOS-Newark web site,
Scout Sunday at Sacred Heart Cathedral-Basilica in Newark has been postponed
to the week after the Super Bowl and is not this Sunday.

 

Tonight, we will still need to arrange for transportation and chaperones for
Camp Turrell this weekend.

Subject: Troop Meeting Tonight

 

Hi Folks!

Please bring a shovel tonight and try to arrive by 6:30 PM to shovel around
the grounds of the Church and other properties.

We will be putting away the Klondike gear and packing for this weekend's
trip to Camp Turrell.  We are planning to meet at St. John's at 6:00 PM on
Friday and return to St. John's for Mass on Sunday.

 

There will be two questions for you boys to consider tonight:

 

What activities or badges do you want to work on this weekend?

I will have a set of Merit Badge books for you to browse and your
suggestions are important.  

We would like to have some of you boys complete the Communications Merit
Badge through presentations.

 

We will also be taking a poll on future activities.

Again, your interests and opinions are of great importance and you need to
consider what you would like to do.

 

We will need additional adult supervision for tonight's meeting as I am
running a bit under the weather.  

We will definitely need adults to supervise next week's meeting as I have a
conflict.  We should discuss this tonight and during ensuing days.
