Subject: [Troop139] PLEASE RESPOND - Flea Market Setup and Logistics

Hi Folks!

We can access Conlon Hall on Friday night at 9:30 PM to get organized and
set up. The actual basketball activity will be done at 10:00 PM, but we
have plenty to get squared away. We will be setting up the tables and a
small number of chairs.

On Saturday, I will open up Conlon Hall at 6:00 AM for vendors.

We will need Scouts and parents both on Friday night and Saturday morning to
make this all work.

Diana Valencia (Peter and Sergio's Mom) is organizing those who are
obtaining baked goods, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, water, soda, juice and
hot dogs along with those things that go on them! We will need some Scout
and parent help in the kitchen and at the door.

We will also need Scouts to help some of the vendors get their gear in and
out of Conlon Hall. Please wear your orange Troop 139 T-shirt and Scout
pants or shorts. You may wear your tan Scout shirt if you so desire.

All Scouts who have Amateur Radio equipment, should bring their
handie-talkies. We will also be running a "talk-in" and demonstration
station integrated with a "Join Troop 139" table. Your role-model behavior
will encourage involvement and respect for Scouting and Amateur Radio as
well as for our Parish and town.

Yours in Scouting!

Thanks & 73,

Gordon Beattie, W2TTT
