[Troop139] FW: Passing of Benjamin Gulko

Hi Folks,

I am sorry to report that the father of one of our former Assistant
Scoutmasters, and a good friend of mine passed away last night.

Benjamin Gulko was the father of Ralph Gulko who was an Assistant
Scoutmaster for the 2001 and 2005 National Jamborees, and also a Crew
Advisor for trips to the Floodwood Mountain Scout Reservation in upstate New
York and the Philmont Scout Ranch in New Mexico.

His grandsons Aaron and Jacob are Eagle Scouts from Troop 53 in Fair Lawn
and Jacob was a Venturer in Crew 139 in Bergenfield.  

Please keep the Gulko family in your prayers.

My father passed away during the night.

 

Funeral will be Sunday at Louis Suburban Chapel in Fair Lawn. Shiva at my
house through Wednesday.
