OK, here is what we need:

400 Brown and Serve Sausages
2 bags of "Complete" (just add water) Pancake Mix 
	(Boxes should be on a 3:1 or 4:1 ratio if bags are not available.)
500 paper plates
500 plastic forks
300 plastic knives
500 hot cups
1 gallon syrup
4 lbs butter
4 gallons of orange juice
2 gallons whole milk
1 large can coffee
1 large multi-pack of paper towels

We have tea, decaf and sweeteners and tools to prepare and serve this stuff.


Spare stuff, except for the liquids can be saved for future camping trips.

We will need to start the coffee by 6:00 AM.  I will get the key.  
When do you want to bring it over to Conlon Hall?
I'll try to contact T. J. to leave the walk-in unlocked.

On Saturday, August 13, we have our Hamfest and Pancake Breakfast and need
help
purchasing food in advance, cooking in the kitchen starting at 6:00 AM, and
help bringing the vendors in and out with their goodies.? 
?
Dress code is Class "B" (Scout shorts and socks with our ORANGE Troop 139
T-shirt).? 

PLEASE RSVP ASAP via email, if you are planning to attend.

We need staff to make this fundraiser happen!?
