[Troop139] Eagle Project Sub-Note

Edward et al,
While it is a nice thought, I'm not sure if the idea of painting and
covering is going to work.  If you want, you can gather today at 10:00 AM as
you scheduled, and organize supplies and do a simulated walkthrough of
safety and painting procedures.  
It seems that Tuesday is going to be a dry day, so plan on time during the
day for those who have no school and add in others right after school.
Send out your planned times after you get adult volunteers.  I am available
after 9:00 AM.  Plan can do side streets during the day to avoid traffic
hazards during the daytime and leave the other streets to the evenings,

Attention Troop 139:

Just a little Sub note. If the floor is for whatever reason wet on the spot
we will be painting on. We will be trying a counter-method to dry the spot
and be able to keep the cross on it afterwards.

So, Unless it is pouring rain, we will be able to at least attempt this
counter-method.
