Eddie,
Good note!
Please send these out the day before each day that you propose to do work.
Keeping those emails is part of your project work. Answering calls and
emails are part of your project work as well! Keep them and copy me on your
responses. Include any original email that you receive in your responses.
Then, once you get further down the road, you will document the time spent
doing this aspect of the work.

Thanks & 73,
Gordon Beattie, W2TTT

Attention Troop 139,

We will be meeting tomorrow at St. Johns Church Parking lot to begin
painting the Maltese Crosses. Come at 10am to help out (scouts, parents,
random people you find on the sidewalk, or friends are all able to
participate as volunteers). And wear clothes you "DO NOT LOVE", for they
will probably end up being covered in paint by the end of the day.

Call my number to Confirm if you are going, and to find out if we will still
be doing it (depending on weather it may be cancelled).
You can also reach me by email.

Yours in Scouting,

Edward Slaughter
