Hi Folks!

 

A couple of quick things to remember for this week:

 

1.	Troop meeting tomorrow will focus on everyone's advancement.  Bring
your handbooks and the usual Scout tools.

 

2.	This Wednesday evening, we are hosting the 10/70 Repeater
Association meeting for a special presentation on Morse Code.

a.	WE REALLY NEED A GOOD TURNOUT OF SCOUTS AND PARENTS FOR THIS
MEETING!  :-)
b.	The 10/70 Repeater Association has graciously invited us to Campgaw
Reservation for our Amateur Radio Field Day/Fishing/Hiking/Geocaching
weekend on the 4th weekend in June.  It will be right in Mahwah and will be
a blast!
c.	Please wear your uniforms and arrive by 7:00 PM so that we can
provide guidance to those who come to the meeting.
d.	If you are an Amateur Radio operator, please plan to attend and plan
to bring or borrow an HT for that evening.  

 

3.	We are leaving for Gettysburg on Friday morning at 7:00 AM.  I still
do not have a final roster.

a.	Drivers are Mr, Cabrera, Mr. Curtin, Mr. Kochakian and me.
b.	If you can't miss school, but would like to go, please see me about
getting a ride from Mr. Cabrera.
c.	Bring hiking gear and spare boots or sneakers.  
d.	Spending money is your own decision.  All meals will be provided,
but you are welcome to bring snacks for the trip.
