[TRCFR] 26 tc 11/ contest

hello everybody, sorry to hear you have all had a bad contest day, it  
doesent matter whether the contest is 1 or 2 days or whatever, i have been 1st  
place in 2002 and 2003, the reason for poor activity is because of poor  
propagation, if the propagation was better then for sure 26 trc #11 would be  active, 
but for now i standby and wait for better propagation, i am sure  that many 
other stations are not so active because of the poor propagation, so  my friends 
c'est la vie...
