After the terrible events in Spain this week, we would like to invite all
operators from all groups to be silent on the air on Sunday the 14th of
March, 2004 for 5 minutes from 11:00 GMT to 11:05 GMT.
Let us all just show our sympathy for the victims, their relatives and the
whole Spanish people.
