Im testing my audio server with 27555 real audio transmission...You
would need RealPlayer (real audio) or WinAmp...
If you write this on your browser it should work:
http://www.30ir976-on-the-air.tk

And also if you choose "File-->Open-->Location" and type
tito976.net.dhis.org:8000
