Hello,

Here are the lastest informations in our possession after a phone
call 
to
Sergey this morning.
Here is the story : the activity was originaly  with QSL Manager 26
SD 
001
and activity started with him as QSLM on the beginning.
The problem had come later as Sergey (without internet connection) is

not
alone in the HAM DX team and it has created some troubles inside his 
team as
they are also active on Ham band and 11 meters is completly forbidden
Then it was asked to Sergey to be his own QSL Manager by others HAM
for 
this
activity and consequently he had given himself as manager (while he
had 
no
time to be QSLM) du to internal pressures and not for any others 
reasons
.....
This is why the activity changed suddenly manager.

We think this DXCC can support a change of manager especially knowing

now
the reals reasons; then for an internal problem, we saw people making
stories as some like to do .....
We also could remember to some, some activities in which we can
really
laught but we will not do it for the ethics and respect.
We could remember to some that we did not publish unofficial e-mail 
coming
from private forum without having full info.

This activity is valid 100 % and at Sergey returns we will have a 
beautifull
story explaining how it is difficult to transmit from the 326 div 
(territory
belonging both to Russia and Finland)

Sergey will be active this evening around 15 or 16 GMT on 590 U till 
sunday
when he will QRT.
For the good way of the activiation, do not ask him what happen or
ask 
him
question in order he can satisfy the maximum of people with this
great 
new
one for many of us: 326 SD 0.

For the people laughting to us, well, we will see if they will be in 
the log
too .....
