[TRCFR]

Three elderly people are sitting talking at a nursing home. The 60 year
old sez "60 is a tough age you can't pee, you stand over the toilet all
day and nothing happens". The 70 year old sez "70 is worse you never get
a regular bowel movement, you take laxatives and nothing works you sit
on the toilet all day for nothing". 

The 80 year old sez " 80 is the worse of all"
"I suppose " say the other two " you 're going to say that at 80
you can't pee or have a bowel movement at all"

" No" replies the 80 year old : 
"I pee every morning at 6am on the dot like a racehorse, I have a
bowel movement every morning at 6:30am smooth as silk."

" Well " then the other two ask in unison " what's the problem ?".
 The 80 year old replies :  "I don't wake up until 7 am............."
