[TRCFR] 14TRC345 = FAKE

Hello Friends,

Some of you have worked with 14TRC345, op Stephane, during the contest and then after that.
This callsign has been assigned by Nasko to an operator 2 months ago. On my side I have never received anything
(email, letter, phone call) from this guy. Apart that, this operator seems to have a "loaded background' in other
clubs.
3 weeks ago I said to Nasko : "If I have no news from him within one week, I remove this operator from our members".
2 weeks ago Stephane finally called me by phone and told me : "Tomorrow I will send you my membership application".
Till then I have no news from him.

Nasko is aware of this fact and does agree with me.
It is not a question of membership fee or whatever it can be around this subject, it is a question of respect and
good manners towards the Club.

Certains d'entre vous ont contact� 14TRC345, op St�phane, durant le contest et apr�s cela.
Cet indicatif a �t� attribu� par Nasko a un op�rateur il y a 2 mois. De mon c�t� je n'ai jamais rien re�u (email,
lettre, appel t�l�phonique) de cet OM. A c�t� de cela, cet op�rateur semble avoir un "lourd passif" au sein d'autres
clubs.
Il y a 3 semaines j'ai dit � Nasko : "Si d'ici une semaine je n'ai aucune nouvelle, je le retire de la liste des
membres".
Il y a 2 semaines, St�phane m'a enfin appel� au t�l�phone et m'a dit : "Demain je t'envoie ma demande d'adh�sion".
Depuis je n'ai aucune nouvelle.

Nasko est au courant de cela et est d'accord avec moi.
Il ne s'agit pas d'un probl�me de frais d'adh�sion ou ce qui tourne autour de cela, il s'agit du respect et de son
comportement envers le Club.
