[TransAtlantic] Tropo-- Portugal to Caribbean?

This week's Hepburn predictions have shown an increased likelihood of 
Trans-Atlantic propagation from Portugal and Southern Spain across to the 
Eastern Lesser Antilles, and even perhaps to Puerto Rico and points farther 
west. The chance of completion of a Portugal or Spain to Barbados or Puerto 
Rico QSO on 144 MHz and/or higher frequencies look possible. Even some 
stations in far south Florida would do well to keep any eye on these 
conditions.
