[TransAtlantic] Cross Atlantic propagation may be possible now

At this time, the Hepburn forecast indicates a fair to good possibility of
propagation on the south side of the storm, from Southern Portugal and
Southern Spain and the West Coast of Africa to the Carribbean islands in the
area from Eastern Puerto Rico to Barbados, and down to Trinidad. The path
from these Carribbean locations to the West and Northwest Coast of Africa is
predicted to be possible for several days.

Only the paths on the south side of the storm have any predicted
propagation.

Ex: Does anyone have a decent 144 MHz station on St. Maartin or Dominica, or
Barbados, or the US. Virgin Islands or even Eastern Puerto Rico with a good
take-off to the East?

It would be great if we did Brian. When I saw your post I checked the vhf
propagation map for two meters, nothing yet...

Does this mean we can have some cross Atlantic 2 Meter propagation?
How about CO <-> CT or C6 <-> CT ???
