es, I do agree with you... there needs to be more dedication during 
ajor openings on 2m  from NA.
ome 2M operators only care about working their local buddies. We need 
o change this.
 worked you on 6m and you gave me a 5 5 s<>ig  for my 100 watts.. You 
ere 59.  I  tried many times on
M on 144.200  with 1WK and 30 elements and never hrd anything from EU 
  I  worked many many EU stations on 6m the last few days. The 2M
  skip was very good for me but only to the West ...... worked many.
o; Joe don't get frustrated......... I  know it is possible to make a 
m TA QSO from EU to NA

a few hours ago there was another big chance:
I hrd the 4m NA beacon WX9FXT from FM07 peaking 599 over more than 15
mins,
and 2m to Azores Islands (CU8, HM49) was also open with 59.

Once AGAIN I was not able to find ANY NA station on the East coast
for a test on 2m.
For me this is extremely frustrating!!!!
I was on all ON4KST chats (6m and 2m) and made cluster spots,
that I call o 144.198 to NA.
No feedback from NA.

I don`t think that it will ever be possible to make a 2m TA QSO from
EU to NA, with virtually NO activity from NA during major openings.
Theory is nice, but where is the practice????

Of course, I monitored for the 2m NA beacons, but hrd nothing.

There is definitely more dedication needed from NA operators
during such events. It`s soooo easy nowadays to follow what is going on
if you are on the NA ON4KST chats.
