[Tower-Speak] 40 meter phased verticals

I am going to take 2 HF2V verticals on the dxpedition to A25 for this Oct. I found some info that the guys that 
went to C6 used. One of them did a Modification to a RSC-4 to switch in a 1/2 wave of coax to go from broad side to end fire. I have a extra RSC-4 that I want to do the same to. Anyone have a diagram of just how he did it?
Which of the boards did he use open relays one or the closed one?
