sure  your nearest wire rope provider, can make one for you in a jiffy, 
Midco is a national company with sales offices throughout the nation,  5/16 
galvanized is .33 per foot ...  and usually they can make it while you wait 
..  if you take in your old one...  pull in a tag along smaller rope or 
something so when you re-string, it all goes back in the right place   ... 
or of course MFJ  will offer replacement cables, albeit at a higher costing 
..  but it's handy ..   mac/mc  w5mc
