Assuming that your residence is not along any flight path, then your limit
is 200' before you have to register it, paint and light it, etc, etc... BUT,
you sure you want a 150' tower in a residential neighborhood??? :-)

Should be FBOM. I'd triple-check your information, run it past your
local Zoning and Planning board/commission just to make sure that
you can put it up without a lot of headaches. Good luck!
