I got my grade 5 Stainless steel hardware at ACE hardware.
It was in stock and reasonably priced.
As far as the rust....take a wire brush and clean it up and
use some of the cold galvanizing spray paint or prime it all
with rust oleum primer and paint it to some other color.

Subject: [Tower-Speak] Hardware suppliers ???
Recently acquired my first (self-supporting) towers, shortly after our move
(escape) to the 'country,' and am unfortunately, near the bottom of the
tower-learning curve.
Would appreciate any comments, advice, and/or guidance, as to where I should
be shopping for new Grade 8 &/or Grade 5 hardware for the reassembly.
Also, both towers are in good-to-excellent used condition, but would like to
add a new layer of some sort of paint as a preventative maintenance measure.
One tower has its original galvanized metal finish with minor rust showing.
The other tower has at least two to three layers of conventional(?) looking
paint, also with very minor rust showing.
Would appreciate a great deal, any comments on suggested surface
treatments/painting.
Thanks very much for any consideration.
Best regards,
