[Tower-Speak] Utility Pole Climbing Steps

Having just gotten a 40' utility pole planted with intent to mount an 
antenna, I am now looking for a source of supply for the screw-in 
ell-shaped climbing steps.  They are galvanized, about 8-inches long and 
5/8-inch diameter (If I remember correctly) and have lag-screw threads
