I've used the Yaesu G-800SA for two years with a fifty pound eight
element Log Periodic antenna, Tennedyne T8, in a moderate to high wind
environment. We quite often get sustained storm winds in excess of sixty
mph [100kph].
I use a thrust bearing to minimize vertical load on the rotator.
Maximum wind loading [twisting] torque is about one half of specified
maximum with the T8.
You have to make some calculations based on vertical load and wind load
for the antennas you will be using.
My guess is that the G800SA will be fine but you calculate your loafs
for the antennas you want to use.
