As an ARRL LAA I sent our senators letters asking support of S.2881.Months ago. That's the bill allowing the FCC commissioners to have technical advise. Such as for BPL or some other issue. He was absolutely non committal. Maybe, possibly or later when he makes his mind up. Real vanilla responce. On the other hand our OTHER senator  has never responded. SURPRISE.
