near impossible to view on Safari or Opera on Mac)

Walters State Community College
Smokey Mountains Expo Center
I-81 Exit 8 Hwy 25E
Turn left toward White Pine.

Less then 1/2 mile turn right to Expo Center
which is less then 1/2 mile on left.

Look for signs coming off I-81.

HAMfest Prizes

There are seven (7) main prizes.

Four (4) of the exceptionally well designed Wouxun hand held dual band  
transceivers. Two 2 meter/440 dual bands and two 2 meter/220 dual  
bands. Some of our members are using the Wouxun hand held dual band  
transceivers with great success and satisfaction.

Three gift certificates from the American Radio Relay League (ARRL).  
One $50 (fifty dollar) gift certificate and two $25 (twenty five  
dollar) gift certificates.

PRIZE DRAWING TIMES:

A person may win only one (1) main prize.
9:00 AM Wouxun hand held dual band transceiver
9:30 AM ARRL $25 (twenty five dollar) gift certificate
10:00 AM Wouxun hand held dual band transceiver
10:30 AM ARRL $25 (twenty five dollar) gift certificate
11:00 AM Wouxun hand held dual band transceiver
11:30 AM ARRL $50 (fifty dollar) gift certificate
12:00 noon Wouxun hand held dual band transceiver
A person may win only one (1) main prize.
There will be other prizes.

VE Testing for license

VE Testing for new or upgrade license will take place in the meeting  
room in front. You must register at 10:30 AM and testing will begin at  
11:00 AM If you are taking an amateur radio exam for the fist time,  
you will need two (2) forms of identification. At least one photo  
identification. You will need a copy of your current license if  
upgrading to a higher license. Testing fee is $10.00 (ten-dollars).
