[TNham] Tennessee QSO party web site

I heard the NC QSO party today and decided to check in on the TN QSO
party web site at the TCG home page (my contest score is still missing
hihi).

They have a new web site at http://www.tnqp.org, and are already taking
"signups" to represent your county in the upcoming QSO party in September.

They also have  PDF flyer you can print out and distribute at your local
hamfest.
