David Fridley, KG4FZR, passed away 02/09/06 today. He was climbing one
of his company's towers in North Carolina, and fell from about 20 feet.

David was owner of Business Cell Systems, AAA Tower, and past
president of the McMinn Co Amateur Radio Club. He owned and co-owned
several repeaters in the E TN area, and many hams enjoy the use of his
repeaters and towers.

David was a Christian, and attended Fariview Baptist Church in Athens
TN. He also managed Easterm Sky Ministries, his family's own
organization that gave funds, vehicles, and supplies to missionaries.

His son John, KF4PVQ was at the site with him, and his wife Rita,
KI4MJR was visiting friends nearby. Please keep them in prayer during
this time. No other details are available, as this only happened this
afternoon.
