Subject: Operators needed in Green County next week

Anderson County ARES, as well as groups from surrounding Counties have 
been asked to help support shelter operations in Green County beginning 
early next week. From what I have been told equipment is already in 
place and all that are needed are operators to staff locations. I do not 
have scheduling info yet but it is forthcoming. If you can go up to help 
please respond with your schedule for next week so I can see where we 
can fit in.

If by some chance you have not put your picture on your ARES card you 
will need to do so if you would like to assist with these assignments. I 
think everyone is up to date but if your card is expired I can get you 
one before then. You will not be allowed in the locations without a 
VALID ARES CARD WITH PICTURE.

With the probability of another shelter opening in Knoxville and also in 
Sullivan County we may be asked to help those locations as well.
