mobile command post vehicle and the Greeneville-Greene County EMA's
communications vehicle, which is being staffed around the clock by Amateur
Radio Emergency Service (ARES) volunteers. 

Greeneville Police Department Detective Lt. Teddy Lawing, who is the ARES
emergency coordinator for Greene County, was working on Wednesday with other
ARES volunteers to prepare to provide radio and telephone communications for
the shelter.
