[TNham] UX-4 Launched

This morning just after 10AM UX-4 was launched from the campus of UT 
with the 20m CW beacon.

When launched, the balloon was tracking due east.

We had signal reports from Minnesota, Tennessee, and even Utah checked 
in with a report.

Unfortunately, I dont think we can submit for a record attempt since we 
had no GPS on the balloon.  But again, this was a test flight, and so 
far it appears to have been a resounding success.

I did a generalized distance from Knoxville to Provo, UT, and the 
distance was about 1500 miles.  It would have been between 2nd and 3rd 
place if it were to be on the record.
