[TNham] Grainger county frequency

I know this isn't a scanning forum but since there is limited resources =
for East Tenn. I thought I might ask here at the risk of flaming =
retorts. I heard Grainger Co. on 460.125 today announcing their new 911 =
center was fully operational and instructing several entities to go to =
their frequency for testing. Anyone have any info on this and frequency =
information? This does concern emergency comms in Tenn. so maybe I'm not =
too far off base by posting here.
