For sale - WA4TEM repeater

After 31 years of building and maintaining repeaters I've decided to
change interests and sell the "farm".

This is a three site, voting, repeater system with autopatch, voice
telemetry, voice mail, 440 MHz remote base, hundreds of humorous ID
messages, (buyer agrees to delete or change to his call sign) and other
features.

Repeater sale includes all equipment and antennas. Included are rights
to the 145.330 MHz repeater pair in the East Tennessee area, subject to
coordination rules of SERA.

The repeater will remain in operation, at its present location, until
the sale is completed.

Sale will be to highest bidder. Only bids for the complete system will
be accepted. Seller reserves the right to accept/reject any bid or
buyer. Bidding period is undetermined.

Sale does NOT include real property, building, tower, or rights to use
of repeater sites owned by others where current link receivers are
located.

Extensive manuals to the system are included which include manufacturers
manuals, schematics, instructions, control codes, and other data. Also
included is limited telephone consultation concerning programming and
operation of controller software.

All equipment is sold as-is with no warranty or guarantees.
