  I have talked to Todd (KA4OAK, the repeater owner) and the repeater is on the air and working. It just has no "hang timer."  Thats the device that keeps the repeater transmitter up after you, the user, stops transmitting. I believe he will get the hang timer repaired and working as soon as he can get to the site.
