It's funny that SERA is forcing tone on repeater owners while still allowing dozens of "paper repeaters" to continue to be coordinated without being on the air for years and years tying up repeater pairs that others could use. SERA needs to get their priorities straight in my opinion. It's never wise to impose anything on someone without representation. I'm not necessarily opposed to tone but it sure was gone about in the wrong way.
