I requested that a ham friend that works in Kennewick take look at the
address in question.  He called me on his cell phone this morning and told
me that the address does not exist - it is a parking lot.  The placement of
adjacent buildings makes it impossible that that particular street address
could be on the back side of a building, in an industrial park, etc.

I called Icom and asked to talk to Mr.  Novak, but he is out until next
week.  I was referred to Mr. Bob Johnson who told me that he was looking
into it.  He stated that the PowerHams web site is now down and that Icom
will be working with their legal department to make some sort of
announcement on this matter.

I just checked the PowerHams website, and it is down.  My guess is that the
phone number in question auto-forwarded to a phone in Europe.
