And be looking for 2 Echo TN station K4HSM on the air.

Last year not a single Echo station came from Tennessee, so this year we
decided to give the E category a workout with a "portable" (until you try to
lift it) batt box that will be running 2 FT-100's for the event, as well as
plugging up a couple of other radios (if 10 m opens up and we can get a sat)
for the bonus points.

I will take some pics of the box we are using for Field Day. Its pretty
cool, it has two gel-cells that are set up so that if one goes down we
switch to the other, and while we are on the other battery the low batt is
being recharged! We tested it out weekend before last and it looks to be in
great shape.

Looking forward to field day.

We know most everyone has plans for next weekend, but the RATS wanted to
extend an invitation to everyone for our Field Day. As far as we know, this
is the only Field Day event happening in the Nashville area.
