Tis often better to be silent and thought a fool rather than to speak
and remove all doubt. No trees were destroyed in the sending of this

While I think this information is great, we need a better way to
distribute the information. Considering the Bulletin came out on July
5th and the condition could exist for up to 72 hours. Receiving this on
July 8th is a bit late.  Interesting that this is an ARRL Bulletin, and
I am a member of ARRL but didn't hear anything about it until now.
