[TNham] Emergency Bulletin

While I think this information is great, we need a better way to
distribute the information. Considering the Bulletin came out on July
5th and the condition could exist for up to 72 hours. Receiving this on
July 8th is a bit late.  Interesting that this is an ARRL Bulletin, and
I am a member of ARRL but didn't hear anything about it until now.

1)Get your go-bag and emergency equipment ready!

2)Enroll in a Red Cross First Aid/CPR course if you aren't already
certified
(or certification has lapsed).
