[TNham] ARES-NET Conf Server Echolink

Our local Club upper Cumberland Amateur Radio ASC UCARA now has a =
ARES-Net conf Server on Echolink.this is to be used for ARES Nets =
Tranning session and any emergency use.This is setup that any and all 50 =
States can use this server as needed.I think it will be a great help for =
ARES and to pass traffic fast and much better in case HF is to busy or =
to much QRM.
