[TNham] Echolink ARES Conf SERVER

With all the fighting going on over 3980 and ARES haveing a net.I added =
a Conf Server on Echolink to be used for Ares communication and NETs and =
Tranning nets.the Conf Server ARESNET will come on line in the next =
couple days andwill allow 100 connecting station at a time.If there any =
fight over this conf server and if its not use like it was put on line =
for i can kick and lock the stations out.This will be used for ARES NET =
Tranning session and in case of emergency where echolink can be of help =
in passing traffic etc.And will be used by any state that need to use it =
for this kind of net only.To use this one needs the echolink =
software,Set up on there computer.Echolink software is FREE and ham's =
that have a Linking station setup with good wideband cable T1 lines can =
connect to 10 or more repeaters at  one time.So repeater linking is no =
problem with echolink.Beside there some real nice ham's useing echolink =
and as todate there over 1000 repeater links and users on.Anyone needing =
help seting up echolink or information about the aresnet server can =
