[TMRA] Help Still needed!

I'm still in need of operators for the Toledo Mini Half Marathon on 
September 24th. This race used to be called the Muddy Mini and the start 
time is 7:30 AM. The race starts in downtown Maumee and ends in the Mud 
Hens stadium in downtown Toledo. Typically it's over by 11:30 AM. If
