[TMRA] 3G dropped locally?

Hello, Wanted to check with the NW Ohio Amateur community to find-out what wireless/cell provider completely dropped their 3G service effective April 1, 2022 ?  Have a friend with medical equipment that would 'call-in' daily for tracking health progress, and now the machine will not do that. Seems most likely that 3G service is gone and has orphaned that medical hardware?73John
