> New for this test session all applicants must bring a blue or black 
> ink pen, due to Covid 19  Pens will not be provided.  Face Masks or 
> Coverings will be required. Due to Gov. Dewines limits on group size, 
> Walk-ins will not be welcome for this Test Session.
