[TMRA] Help needed (maybe)

The Muddy Mini Half and Quarter Marathon has been rescheduled for 
Saturday, July 25th. Start time is 7:30 and it is usually finished by 
11:30. They still do not have all the necessary approvals to hold the 
event but feel that they are going to get them. So we'll need operators 
to help. I don't have any information on the new requirements that will 
be in place but assume wearing masks will be one of them. If you'd like
