All please be advised of the following scheduled meeting.

Hamfest committee Meeting

The meeting will be held in the private Dining Room in the Basement. This is the same room that the ARES Meeting is held.

January planning Meeting

Notes:
Sub-committee Heads will be expected to file their ICS job descriptions on it before this meeting. Please contact W8MAL for more directions. 

Special Information:
This meeting will only have 1 hour of allowed time, as the ARES meeting begins at 09:00 in the same room. Please be on time, and be prepared to move along quickly through the agenda. 

Any items you may wish to discussed should be forwarded to W8MAL prior to this meeting.
