[TMRA] Weather reminder / Event Cancellation Policy reminder

With Winter Field Day activities starting setup at 9am tomorrow at the
Maumee Public Library, I felt it important to remind everyone of our TMRA
policy on Winter Weather.  Current forecasts are anywhere from 3"-6" and
some icing for a good part of our area, which typically causes snow
emergency notifications.

PLEASE REMEMBER:  If as of 2 hours before any event (7am for tomorrow since
this event is set to start at 9am), there is ANY level of snow emergency
called for either Wood or Lucas counties, our Winter Field Day Operating
Event at the Maumee Public Library *WOULD BE CANCELLED. *

A cancellation would also then be posted in several places such as on
facebook, this email list, and will also be announced on the 147.27
repeater.  Therefore, be sure to check in the morning, and watch for Snow
Emergency announcements, before you make your way out in the morning.
