[TMRA] Hamfest

Toby, your efforts are always highly appreciated!  Our members get to enjoy
many new toys all year round due to your creation of, drive and passion for
the Silent Auction!  I know the preparation takes a tremendous amount of
time and effort as well..Nicely done and thank you once again Toby!
