[TMRA] General Meeting and more

Hello everyone 
Just a reminder that the June General Business Meeting is tonight. There is a road closure in the area of Buck Road and Lime City Road. Please allow a few extra minutes in the case you maybe detoured. 
Tonight we will be discussing 
Field Day and the items related to It. 
There should be a recap of Museum Ships Weekend as well as the Antenna Build. 

During the June Meeting the TMRA Elects its Leaders for the next year. 
The positions up for election are:
President
Vice President
Secretary
Bursar
Treasurer
Trustee
The Nominating committee is charged with finding candidates and presenting them at the meeting. The nomination process is still open. If you would like to be considered for one of the above listed positions be sure to add you name tonite during the meeting. The committee will take final nominations from the floor before the vote is held. 

Members are reminded that the membership year ends soon.

The membership year for 2019 will be ending soon on June 30th. For those of you who have already renewed for 2020 and afterwards, we thank you for supporting this great club. If you paid your dues in May, you are already paid up until June 30th of 2020. For those of you who have not yet paid for the 2020 year, we will be holding a raffle for two free memberships at the July TMRA regular meeting. To be eligible for the raffle, you can pay for the 2020 year by mail or in person during June or July up to the time of the TMRA meeting on July 10th. I will put your call on a ticket for the raffle and two winners will be drawn at this meeting. The membership application and my address are listed on the website at http://www.tmrahamradio.org.

Saturday is the Muddy Mini Marathon. The Race is set to start about 7:45 and typically ends before noon. Lucas County ARES will once again be handling the Communications for this Race. 
This event will be using the 147.270 as well as the 442.850 Repeaters. 
The back-up Repeater is the 147.375.
Please plan non-Race /nonemergency related traffic to alternate frequencies. 

Finally don’t forget FIELD DAY. The 4th Saturday/Sunday of June is Field Day. This 24 hour Event will be held at the Walcott House in Maumee Ohio. Please visit our Web-site for more information.
