[TMRA] Silent Keys: (N8ZAF and W8FKI)

TMRA would like to acknowledge two previously active members that have
recently become "silent keys".  Helen Wujkowski (N8ZAF) and Dave Walker
(W8FKI) both recently became silent keys.

We'd like to thank them and their families for their previous time and
commitment to the Toledo Mobile Radio Association and our thoughts are with
both families during this difficult time.
